About Us

Freedom TC Services was founded by Sarah Roy, a wife, mother of two adult boys and grandmother to five granddaughters and four “adopted” grandkids (family friends). Sarah’s husband, Art Roy, was active duty Air Force and retired, after 30 years of service, in 2020. During their time in the military Sarah changed jobs many times and never was able to have a career. She started transaction coordinating in 2020, when Art became a realtor for Keller Williams Realty, she realized that she could be a Transaction Coordinator (TC) from anywhere in the world as it is completely teleworking. As word “got out” in the local Keller Williams offices, she started to get more transactions than she could handle alone; she decided to make this a business.

While building her business model, Sarah settled on the name Freedom TC Services for a few reasons. The first reason is that her TC’s help real estate agents leverage their time and frees the agent up to lead generate and pursue those activities that will build their business. The other reason, and one that she holds near and dear, is she can give military spouses a career that they can be proud of. Spouses can work from anywhere in the world while moving with their active duty member without having a break in income, which is important to most families.

While Sarah and Art travel, on average, for three months a year she is able to continue her business from wherever they are. They are able to enjoy their family, which live all over the U.S., and travel overseas and stateside for their pleasure.

Sarah is proud of what she has accomplished with Freedom TC Services in such a short time and looks forward to everything that the future has to offer.
